CHAIR COGHILL announced that the  only order of business would be                                                               
HOUSE   JOINT  RESOLUTION   NO.  22,   Denouncing  the   National                                                               
Entertainment  Collectibles   Association's  production   of  the

REPRESENTATIVE  FAIRCLOUGH  explained  that the  legislation  has                                                               
been changed  to specify that  the statistics related on  page 1,                                                               
line 14, in  [Version C] were national  statistics.  Furthermore,                                                               
upon  the  recommendation of  the  House  State Affairs  Standing                                                               
Committee more individuals were added to the distribution list.

REPRESENTATIVE  SAMUELS  moved to  adopt  CSHJR  22, Version  25-                                                               
LS0891\C, Bullard, 5/1/07, as the  working document.  There being

LS0891\C,  Bullard,  5/1/07,  out of  committee  with  individual                                                               
recommendations and  the accompanying  zero fiscal notes.   There                                                               
being no  objection, CSHJR  22(RLS) was  reported from  the House                                                               
Rules Standing Committee.
